The Building-Investment Company «KONKOR» invites you to participate in the project «Znamenskoye-Rayok».

We are planning to create the high-class hotel center on the base of the architectural chef-d'oeuvre of the XVIIIth century. The hotel center will be destined for the congress tourism and elite rest.

The estate complex consists of the estate and of the adjoined park.

The estate with the total place of 3 239 square meters (3 874 square yards) includes the main house, two southern outhouses, two northern outhouses, the colonnade, the ceremonial gate, the cellar and a round pavilion.

The territory of the park is 27 hectares (66,7 acres) and there we can see rare species of trees and shrubs and also the cascade of ponds with the total place of 1,6 hectares (4 acres).

The high-class hotel center, adequate to all the requirements of the UNESCO to the congress tourism hotels, destined for 170 guests, will have the following infrastructure:

• 20 luxury apartments in four out houses
• hotel building with standard rooms for two persons
• some dozens of cottages and townhouses for families
• congress center with all technical facilities
• restaurants with the Russian and European meals, bars, cafeteria
• cinema hall, library
• multifunctional recreation and sanitary center
• landing ground and parking
